Oatmeal berries and coconut bowl

Warmed my body and soul this morning with a hot porridge garnished with homemade blueberry jam and golden berries (aka physalis). The blueberry jam was prepared without sugar.

Ingredients

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 250 ml low fat milk 1.5% fat
  • 50 g physalis
  • 50 g blueberry jam sugarfree
  • 10 g coconut flakes
  • 10 g honey

Instructions

  • Mix the milk and the oats and boil until creamy on low heat.
  • Turn off the heat, add the honey and mix thoroughly. 
  • Garnish the porridge with the blueberry jam, the physalis berries and the coconut flakes.
  • It’s that simple!
