Warmed my body and soul this morning with a hot porridge garnished with homemade blueberry jam and golden berries (aka physalis). The blueberry jam was prepared without sugar.
Oatmeal berries and coconut bowl

Ingredients
- 50 g rolled oats
- 250 ml low fat milk 1.5% fat
- 50 g physalis
- 50 g blueberry jam sugarfree
- 10 g coconut flakes
- 10 g honey
Instructions
- Mix the milk and the oats and boil until creamy on low heat.
- Turn off the heat, add the honey and mix thoroughly.
- Garnish the porridge with the blueberry jam, the physalis berries and the coconut flakes.
- It’s that simple!
