Loved how this lovely snack comforted us while in Barcelona! So I had to try it out, obviously with an extra cup of nostalgia on top.
Pimientos de Padron

Ingredients
- 250 g Padron peppers
- 100 ml olive oil extra virgin
- 100 ml sunflower oil
Instructions
- Rinse the peppers and dry with kitchen paper towels.
- Fry the peppers in the heated oils over medium to high heat for 2 minutes, then turn.
- The peppers are done when blisters appear on their surface and they look slightly brown. Take out on a large plate covered with kitchen paper towels.
- Season with salt flakes to taste and serve warm.
