This was one of those days when I didn’t have a plan for the breakfast and just let myself carried away by what was available at that moment in the kitchen. And what could be better than a nice bowl of fruity porridge?
Pineapple and sour cherries compote porridge

Ingredients
- 400 ml low fat milk 1.5% fat
- 100 g rolled multicereals
- 10 g raisins
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 handful of sour cherries from a compote jar 🙂
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Boil together the milk with the multicereals and raisins until creamy.
- Garnish with fresh pineapple chunks and the sour cherries compote.
- Drizzle the honey over it and enjoy!
