Sometimes inspiration comes from the others, so the other day I was checking my Instagram feed and I stumbled upon @calories.zero’s posts about favorite fruit bowls which showed an alignment of different fruit arangements. My eyes widened and my mouth was already watering when I saw a bowl of berries – said to myself – I have to try this and post it on the blog, so thanks @calories.zero for the idea!
Rainbow cottage cheese bowl

Ingredients
- 100 g low fat cottage cheese 2% fat
- 40 g seedless white grapes
- 40 g raspberries
- 40 g physalis
- 50 g blackberries
- 40 g blueberries
- 1 pomegranate
Instructions
- Take the seeds out of the pomegranate, wash all the fruits and drain them.
- Take a serving bowl and put the cottage cheese in the middle of it, then arrange the fruits on the sides.
- Voila! ready in no time!
