Ingredients

  • 1 wheat wrap
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 60 g smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp white cheese
  • 2 sun dried tomatoes
  • juice from a lemon slice
  • a handful of lettuce
  • 1/2 spring onion sliced

Instructions

  • Most straight forward thing ever: lay the wrap on a large plate, add the lettuce and all the other toppings.
  • Squeeze the lemon slice all over, wrap and enjoy!
