Ingredients
- 350 g white cheese of choice I used President's 'telemea' cheese
- 2 tbsp low fat sour cream 12%
- 2 spring onions
- 1 small bundle of fresh dill
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash and drain the herbs, then finely chop them.
- Add the cheese to a bowl and use a fork to mash it into a fine composition, add the sour cream and mix.
- Mix the cheese composition with the herbs.
- Add salt only if needed (usually the 'telemea' or feta cheeses are already salty).
