An easy and ready in no-time spread recipe that you can enjoy with homemade whole-wheat bread, bagels, wraps, grilled veggies, you name it, combinations are infinite.

Ingredients

  • 350 g white cheese of choice I used President's 'telemea' cheese
  • 2 tbsp low fat sour cream 12%
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 small bundle of fresh dill
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Wash and drain the herbs, then finely chop them.
  • Add the cheese to a bowl and use a fork to mash it into a fine composition, add the sour cream and mix.
  • Mix the cheese composition with the herbs.
  • Add salt only if needed (usually the 'telemea' or feta cheeses are already salty).
