This is the best week starter! Light and easy combination for a great energy boost! Goes well as an afternoon meal if you target a high protein intake and have a 4 meal schedule. Check it out!

Ingredients

  • 350 g light cottage cheese 2.2% fat
  • 125 g fresh raspberries
  • 200 g fresh blueberries
  • 8 physalis berries
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Drizzle the honey on the bottom of 2 bowls (comes as a lovely surprise with each spoonful of cottage cheese, you'll thank me later 😀 ).
  • Add the divided cottage cheese on one side of the bowl.
  • Fill in the other half of the bowl with the berries.
  • Enjoy!
