We all have these kind of days when we are so busy that there is no time left for meal prepping one day ahead and the next morning comes in a rush. What I do on those mornings: grab a cottage cheese cup and whatever fruits and nuts I have in the house at that time. The result? Healthy and delicious breakfast in no time.

Ingredients
- 180 g low fat cottage cheese 2% fat (I used Olympus)
- 1/2 mango
- 1 pear
- 15 g pecan nuts
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Not sure I should even write the recipe as it is THAAAT straight-forward: put the cottage cheese in a bowl or deep plate, garnish with the diced mango, pear slices and the pecan nuts
- Sprinkle the cinnamon on the fruits then drizzle the honey on top of it all.
- Enjoy!
