Fruits and cottage cheese breakfast bowl

A few months ago I tried this combo in the nutrition plan I was following. It seemed such a weird association of ingredients, specially for me (who always ate cheese in a salty context). But I liked it so much that it stuck with me and now I come back to it every week.

Ingredients

  • 150 g light cottage cheese 2.2% fat
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 kaki
  • 1/2 red apple skin-on
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Cut the fruits and mix them with the cheese in a bowl.
  • Drizzle 1 tsp of honey on top of it and enjoy!
