A few months ago I tried this combo in the nutrition plan I was following. It seemed such a weird association of ingredients, specially for me (who always ate cheese in a salty context). But I liked it so much that it stuck with me and now I come back to it every week.
Fruits and cottage cheese breakfast bowl
Calories: 320kcal
Ingredients
- 150 g light cottage cheese 2.2% fat
- 1 small banana
- 1 kaki
- 1/2 red apple skin-on
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Cut the fruits and mix them with the cheese in a bowl.
- Drizzle 1 tsp of honey on top of it and enjoy!
