Lazy porridge

Yeah, you read that right 😀 Today it’s one of those mornings, want a porridge, have no idea what to add to it, end up putting a bit of everything and getting surprised of how good it actually is. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 400 ml low-fat milk 1.5% fat
  • 120 g soft rolled oats
  • a handful of raisins
  • 1/2 tsp raw cocoa powder
  • a pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 banana

Instructions

  • Add the milk to a small pot and bring to boil.
  • Add the rolled oats and the raisins and leave to simmer until creamy.
  • Take away from the stove, add the honey, cinnamon and cocoa powder, then mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into 2 serving bowls and garnish with banana slices.
