Yeah, you read that right 😀 Today it’s one of those mornings, want a porridge, have no idea what to add to it, end up putting a bit of everything and getting surprised of how good it actually is. Enjoy!
Lazy porridge

Ingredients
- 400 ml low-fat milk 1.5% fat
- 120 g soft rolled oats
- a handful of raisins
- 1/2 tsp raw cocoa powder
- a pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 banana
Instructions
- Add the milk to a small pot and bring to boil.
- Add the rolled oats and the raisins and leave to simmer until creamy.
- Take away from the stove, add the honey, cinnamon and cocoa powder, then mix thoroughly.
- Pour into 2 serving bowls and garnish with banana slices.
