For a long time I thought this is a sophisticated cake, but I found out later this is not true. It’s a simple and fun recipe, ready in no-time. This specific variation brings together the orange’s fragrance with the smoothness of the cream and the kick of the coffee liqueur.
By replacing the mascarpone cheese with a low fat cheese version, the kilo-calories are considerably reduced, so you can enjoy more of this lovely no bake cake (in 100 g mascarpone we have 400 kcals whereas in 100 g low fat cheese we have only 70 kcals).
