Today is definitely colder outside than yesterday and that cries out for a hot breakfast with a good nutrients intake. What could do this better than the oatmeal porridge with a handful of nuts and fruits? Because porridge is love 🙂
Nuts and fruits porridge

Ingredients
- 200 ml low fat milk 1.5% fat
- 50 g rolled oats
- 50 g blueberries
- 50 g red apples skin-on
- 20 g walnuts
- 5 g honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsb ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Boil the oats with the milk and vanilla essence until creamy.
- Add the honey with the cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
- Put the fruits and walnuts on top and enjoy!
Notes
Sprinkle some cinnamon on top for extra spiciness.Â
