Summoning the summer for the second time! hope this time it works, if not at least I got a lovely breakfast to enjoy before going out in the rain 🙂

Overnight multicereals and chia seeds

Ingredients

  • 40 g rolled multicereals
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 220 g low fat greek yogurt 2% fat
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 50 g cherries
  • 100 g strawberries

Instructions

  • Add the multicereals, the chia seeds and 150 of greek yogurt in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Wrap the bow in cling foil and add to fridge for 8 hrs or overnight.
  • Take out the bowl, add the remaining greek yogurt and the honey, then mix again.
  • Add the composition to a bowl and add the topping of fresh cherries and strawberries.
  • Enjoy!
