-“Don’t you ever get bored of porridge breakfast?” – “Never!”
That’s because there are so many ways you can do it and so much more ways you can garnish and serve it!
Today was one of those days when I woke up, realized I don’t have any suitable candidates for a breakfast in the fridge (except for the milk) and said to myself “porridge it is”.

Ingredients
- 500 ml low fat milk 1.5% fat
- 100 g rolled oats
- 1/2 papaya
- 30 g blueberries
- 30 g raspberries
- 10 g almond chips
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 vanilla pod
Instructions
- Boil the milk, the rolled oats and the vanilla pod seeds on low heat until creamy.
- Turn off the heat, add the honey and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the porridge into 2 serving bowls.
- Peel, take out the seeds from the papaya half, then chop the pulp into smaller chunks (you can leave large chunks or even puree it, it’s up to you).
- Garnish porridge bowls with the papaya bits, the blueberries, the raspberries and finally add the almond chips.
- Serve hot 🙂
