You need proteins to build your muscles and you need them ‘bad’ 🙂 This is not my everyday recipe as the pastrami was purchased from the supermarket, but I guess it’s useful for someone who just needs an idea of what to eat after training.
Grilled chicken pastrami with veggies salad

Ingredients
- 1 chicken thigh + drumstick pastrami
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 2 fresh spring onions
- 1/2 lettuce
- 1 lemon
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Take the skin off the chicken pastrami and make diagonal cuts over the surface of the meat.
- Heat up a grill pan and when hot, add the pastrami. Sear on each side for 4-5 minutes on high heat.
- Wash and cut all vegetables. Season with salt and lemon to taste.
- Enjoy!
