Quinoa fruit bowl

Is summer here yet? No… but it can be! All you have to do is try this colorful bowl for breakfast and all you will feel the rest of the day is that the sun is shining just for you!

Ingredients

  • 30 g tricolor quinoa
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 ripe kiwi
  • 30 g blueberries
  • 20 g raspberries
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Put the quinoa seeds in a sieve and give it a few water rinses.
  • Squeeze the juice from 2 of the oranges.
  • Add the orange juice and the water in a small pot and put to boil on medium heat.
  • When the water is boiling, add the quinoa seeds, put the lid on and leave to simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Drain the quinoa seeds and put them in a bowl to cool down.
  • Peel the orange and the kiwi and chop them as you like (large or small chunks).
  • Add all the fruits in the bowl and mix gently. 
  • Serve with a honey drizzle on top.
