Strawberry-banana smoothie bowl

Ingredients
Smoothie
- 250 g low fat greek yogurt 2% fat
- 2 bananas
- 250 g fresh strawberries
Garnish
- 4 carambola slices (star fruit)
- 10 g blueberries
- 3 chopped strawberries
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems. Peel the bananas and cut them in large pieces. Wash the blueberries and the carambola,
- Add the yogurt, the bananas chunks and the strawberries in a blender and mix for 2 minutes. The resulted composition should be velvet smooth.
- Pour the content in 2 serving bowls.
- Garnish each bowl with blueberries, chopped strawberries and 2 carambola slices.
