Strawberry-banana smoothie bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 250 g low fat greek yogurt 2% fat
  • 2 bananas
  • 250 g fresh strawberries

Garnish

  • 4 carambola slices (star fruit)
  • 10 g blueberries
  • 3 chopped strawberries

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems. Peel the bananas and cut them in large pieces. Wash the blueberries and the carambola,
  • Add the yogurt, the bananas chunks and the strawberries in a blender and mix for 2 minutes. The resulted composition should be velvet smooth.
  • Pour the content in 2 serving bowls.
  • Garnish each bowl with blueberries,  chopped strawberries and 2 carambola slices.
