Ingredients
Porridge
- 500 ml low fat milk 1.5% fat
- 100 g rolled oats
- 150 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 good sprinkle of ground cinnamon
Garnish
- 2 strawberries
- a few coconut chips unsweatened
Instructions
- Wash, hull and slice the strawberries.
- Boil together the milk, the oats and the strawberries for 15 minutes.
- Leave to cool for 5 minutes, then add the honey and the cinnamon, then mix.
- Pour the porridge into 2 serving bowls and garnish with the coconut chips and chopped strawberries.
