Sunday caprice at its best! A light dessert with fresh fruits and a sip of coffee all together. Enjoy!
Strawberry Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 250 g cream cheese I used Lacteea's 20% fat cream cheese
- 1 vanilla pod
- 100` ml cup of coffee cold and unsweetened
- 125 g fresh strawberries
- 1 tsp raw cocoa
- 1 tbsp honey
- 50 g lady fingers I used Boromir's
Instructions
- Brew the coffee if you don't have any already prepared and leave to cool completely.
- Mix the cream cheese with the honey and the seeds from the vanilla pod.
- Dip the lady fingers one by one into the coffee, then break it into halves.
- Arrange the lady fingers chunks into 2 serving cups.
- Pour the cream cheese mix (leave 2 spoons of composition aside) and sift raw cocoa on top.
- Mash 4-5 strawberries and garnish the cups with the remaining ones cut into smaller chunks.
- Add the mashed strawberries and the remaining cream cheese, then sprinkle the remaining raw cocoa on top.
- Leave to cool at least 2-3 hrs before serving – if you can 🙂
