Strawberry Tiramisu

Sunday caprice at its best! A light dessert with fresh fruits and a sip of coffee all together. Enjoy!

Strawberry Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 250 g cream cheese I used Lacteea's 20% fat cream cheese
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 100` ml cup of coffee cold and unsweetened
  • 125 g fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp raw cocoa
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 50 g lady fingers I used Boromir's

Instructions

  • Brew the coffee if you don't have any already prepared and leave to cool completely.
  • Mix the cream cheese with the honey and the seeds from the vanilla pod.
  • Dip the lady fingers one by one into the coffee, then break it into halves.
  • Arrange the lady fingers chunks into 2 serving cups.
  • Pour the cream cheese mix (leave 2 spoons of composition aside) and sift raw cocoa on top.
  • Mash 4-5 strawberries and garnish the cups with the remaining ones cut into smaller chunks.
  • Add the mashed strawberries and the remaining cream cheese, then sprinkle the remaining raw cocoa on top.
  • Leave to cool at least 2-3 hrs before serving – if you can 🙂
