Sugarfree blueberry jam

Now this one is accidental… sort of 🙂 I bought lots of blueberries because they were at a fair price and very tasty and found myself not able to eat them in time. So what to do? Two options: freeze or jam them, and with a porridge on tomorrow’s breakfast list… well jam it is!

Ingredients

  • 700 g fresh blueberries
  • 20 g stevia powder
  • juice from a lemon

Instructions

  • Wash and drain the blueberries.
  • Put the berries in a pot and pour the lemon juice over them.
  • Boil for 30 minutes and stir from time to time.
  • Turn the heat off, add the stevia and stir thoroughly.
  • Pour the resulted jam in a jar, close the lid and refrigerate.
  • Serve within a week.
