Drunken mussels
Sunday caprice, obviously! I’ve been waiting for this weekend to spend some time in the kitchen and prepare one of my favorites mussels dish – the drunken mussels. Why are they called like that? Because dry white wine is used for the sauce, specifically I used Chardonnay.
