Ingredients

  • 100 g sweet corn canned
  • 100 g kidney beans canned
  • 120 g tuna canned in brine
  • 3 olives
  • 2-3 lettuce leaves
  • 1 lemon slice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Drain all canned content and add to a salad bowl.
  • Wash the lettuce leaves and thinly slice them.
  • Add the green olives (whole or sliced), squeeze the lemon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss a few rounds and serve.
