Who cares it’s winter or not? Cinnamon it’s one of my favorite spices of all, specially when it comes to sweet stuff. So indulge yourself with this healthy breakfast choice and thank me later :).
Apple cinnamon porridge

Ingredients
- 60 gr rolled oats
- 200 ml milk 1.5% fat
- 2 ml vanilla essence
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 red apple
Instructions
- Put the oats, the milk, the vanilla essence in a pot and boil on medium heat until creamy.
- Take from the heat and mix with half of the cinnamon and the honey.
- Grate the apple and add half of it on the bottom of a serving bowl.
- Add the porridge to the serving bowl and the remaining grated apple on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon and enjoy while warm!
