Summer is here finally and it’s the season of the lovely cherries, my favorites, so I thought what could be better than a lovely porridge bowl with cherries, bananas and coconut chips 😀 Enjoy!
Cherry, banana and coconut porridge
Servings: 2
Calories: 450kcal
Ingredients
- 400 ml low fat milk 1.5% fat
- 100 g rolled oats
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 handful of cherries
- 1 tbsp coconut chips
- 16 g chocolate
Instructions
- Boil the milk and the oats until creamy on medium heat (aprox. 13 mins).
- Put the chocolate into a small bowl and microwave it for 1 minute until liquid.
- Pour the porridge into 2 serving bowls and garnish with the peeled bananas, cherries, coconut chips and a drizzle of melted chocolate.
- Enjoy!
