Ingredients

  • 50 gr rolled oats
  • 250 ml milk 1.5% fat
  • 1 tsp rum essence
  • 15 gr black cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 gr almond flakes

Instructions

  • Mix the milk, rum essence and the oats in a pan on the stove (medium heat).
  • Boil everything until creamy, then turn off the heat.
  • Add the cocoa powder and the honey and stir until the composition is homogeneous.
  • Pour in a bowl and serve with the banana slices and the almond flakes.
