When meatballs meet fish, all we get is “fishballs”. This is the result of my desire to replace my old oil-fried meatballs recipe with a lighter version. Nothing easier than ingredients together and baking them in the oven.

Ingredients
- 350 g drained tuna chunks in brine
- 4 eggs whole
- 2 tbsp panko crumbs
- 1/3 leek the green part
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 handful parsley fresh
- 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- Mince the garlic, chop the parsley and finely slice the leek leaves.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
- Form small balls, then flatten them and place on baking paper on a tray.
- Bake for 25 mins at 180C in a preheated oven.
