Greek yogurt exotic fruit bowl
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 300 g low fat greek yogurt 2% fat
- 1/2 carambola
- 1 banana
- 1/2 papaya
- 1 pomegranate
- 100 g bueberries
- 1 orange
Instructions
- Wash and peel all fruites, dice and slice as you like.
- I recommend you remove the pomegranate seeds over a sieve, then wash and drain them. This will make them more appealing and the fruit bowl will show all its colors, not only the red of the pomegranate seeds.
- Mix with yogurt, divide into 2 serving bowls and enjoy!
