Greek yogurt exotic fruit bowl

Ingredients

  • 300 g low fat greek yogurt 2% fat
  • 1/2 carambola
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 papaya
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 100 g bueberries
  • 1 orange

Instructions

  • Wash and peel all fruites, dice and slice as you like.
  • I recommend you remove the pomegranate seeds over a sieve, then wash and drain them. This will make them more appealing and the fruit bowl will show all its colors, not only the red of the pomegranate seeds.
  • Mix with yogurt, divide into 2 serving bowls and enjoy!
