One pan breakfast

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 20 g goat cheese
- 3 portobello mushrooms
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 handful baby spinach
- salt, pepper and paprika for seasoning
Instructions
- Roughly cut the washed mushrooms and tomato.
- Preheat a shallow frying pan and then add the mushrooms and the tomato slices.
- Season with salt and pepper, cook for 3 minutes on one side then turn on the other one.
- Make room on one side of the pan, then add the eggs. Cook until the eggs are done, while turning the mushrooms and tomatoes from time to time.
- When ready, season the eggs with salt and paprika.
- Make room on one side and add the washed spinach, the goat cheese and sliced avocado.
- Serve from the pan directly 😀
