One pan breakfast

Dedication to the practical people, those who believe in saving the water if you wash fewer dishes, those who are in a hurry and… The lazy ones like me this morning 🙂

One pan breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g goat cheese
  • 3 portobello mushrooms
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • salt, pepper and paprika for seasoning

Instructions

  • Roughly cut the washed mushrooms and tomato.
  • Preheat a shallow frying pan and then add the mushrooms and the tomato slices.
  • Season with salt and pepper, cook for 3 minutes on one side then turn on the other one.
  • Make room on one side of the pan, then add the eggs. Cook until the eggs are done, while turning the mushrooms and tomatoes from time to time.
  • When ready, season the eggs with salt and paprika.
  • Make room on one side and add the washed spinach, the goat cheese and sliced avocado.
  • Serve from the pan directly 😀
