Ingredients

Pancakes batter

  • 32 g protein powder I used Dymatize ISO100 (chocolate flavor)
  • 35 g whole-wheat flour
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 ripe banana

Serving

  • 50 g low fat greek yogurt
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste

Instructions

  • Using a blender, mix all batter ingredients together until a smooth composition is obtained.
  • Preheat a crepe pan on low heat.
  • Add the pancake batter on the pan using a ladle (you should obtain 2-3 pancakes, depending on how large you want them to be).
  • Cook on one side until bubbles come up to the surface of the pancake, then flip to the other side for one more minute.
  • Repeat the process until there is no more batter to use.
  • In a small bowl mix the yogurt with the vanilla paste.
  • Peel the orange and cut it into smaller chunks.
  • Serve the pancakes with orage and yogurt on top, or as I did, break the pancakes into smaller bits and add them to a bowl.
