Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 bananas large
  • 125 g blueberries
  • 125 g strawberries
  • 300 g low-fat greek 2% fat
  • 50 ml cold water
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp raw cocoa

Topping

  • 6 strawberries
  • 20 blueberries
  • 20 g rolled oats
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 10 g chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

  • Use a blender to mash all moothie ingredients for 2-3 minutes (until a fine composition is obtained).
  • Divide the mix in two serving bowls.
  • Sprinkle the rolled oats, the chia seeds and the chopped hazelnut, then garnish with the fresh fruits.
  • Enjoy!
