Smoothie bowl with strawberries, blueberries and bananas

Ingredients
Smoothie
- 2 bananas large
- 125 g blueberries
- 125 g strawberries
- 300 g low-fat greek 2% fat
- 50 ml cold water
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp raw cocoa
Topping
- 6 strawberries
- 20 blueberries
- 20 g rolled oats
- 10 g chia seeds
- 10 g chopped hazelnuts
Instructions
- Use a blender to mash all moothie ingredients for 2-3 minutes (until a fine composition is obtained).
- Divide the mix in two serving bowls.
- Sprinkle the rolled oats, the chia seeds and the chopped hazelnut, then garnish with the fresh fruits.
- Enjoy!
