Spring breakfast plate

You don’t need a precise recipe for this one, you only need to let your imagination run free in all these spring mornings when nature seems to come back to life. Today was the first day this year when I woke up and heard the birds chirping, so I said to myself – I totally must celebrate this.

Ingredients

  • 1 free range egg
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 40 g fresh whey cheese
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 4 radishes
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/3 cucumber peeled
  • 1 slice of toast
  • chili salt and salt to taste

Instructions

  • Boil the egg for 6 minutes then place it in a bowl with ice cold water for 3 minutes to stop the cooking process.
  • The rest of the recipe consists of assembling all the above mentioned ingredients on a plate then enjoying the result 🙂
