One of my favorites since I was in my Uni years. This was the breakfast I saved for big days like celebration of passed exams or anniversaries. Brings memories indeed. And for the sake of those memories, I chose to keep the mayo in for now. It’s something about that taste, it has to have a bit of mayo, but I chose a lighter version with only 25% fat. So, yes, there’s mayo! 😀 😀
Tuna sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 slices whole-wheat bread
- 150 g tuna in brine drained
- 3 tbsp light mayonaise 25% fat
- 6 black olives pitted
- 1 pickled cucumber
- 1/4 iceberg salad
- 1 scallion
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices.
- Cut the salad into fine shreds, the scallion into fine slices and the olives into chunks, then add them to a mixing bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Add the mix on top of the toast slices and serve right-away.
