I totally fell in love with steamed veggies – both the clean taste and the reduced preparation time. So this is the best side dish I can prepare when I don’t have much time for cooking. And what could go better than a grilled white meat with a greek yogurt sauce – with a twist to it, of course 🙂

Ingredients
- 300 g turkey breast skinless
- 400 g broccoli
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 6 radishes
- 200 g low fat greek yogurt
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- 2 tsp fine Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Steam the broccoli in a steamer for 10 minutes (if you don’t have a steamer, you can simply use a pot for boiling the water and a sieve over it to hold the veggies – but you should also have a good lid that could cover the pot and not let the steam escape completely).
- Cut the meat in slices and season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat a grill pan and cook the turkey breast for 3 minutes on each side.
- Finely chop the cucumber and drain the excess water from it.
- Prepare a sauce from the yogurt, the mustard, the pickled cucumber, salt and pepper.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve with a fresh garnish of bell pepper and radishes.
